Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Late Arrivals

At Layers, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change. If you are running late for your hair appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and make sure you still get the look you desire. However, please keep in mind that if you arrive too late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
